Appears to be a great company but operates as a start up. Wages are above average.

Cons

Leadership & culture needs a lot of work. Internal processes are a mess.

Pros

Great company! OK benefits. Overtime available, get discounted vehicles with all coverage paid by company. Need better bonus structure. Some work life balance.

Cons

Very poor management. Every manager steals from the company. They tell employees to break the rules with them so when things go bad everyone fails. Would work for company again just not at the RDU Airport location!!!! Unless the fired everyone and re hired entire team.

Pros

the uniform suits are sharp; if you enjoy customer service, this job is satisfactory and sometimes fun.

Cons

performance-based schedule means only a few make what was suggested by recruiting/hiring staff, because some shifts have clear disadvantages due to lower volume (this seems to be an industry-wide factor, not just a Sixt issue); when hired, they call it "base plus commission" but it's not a commission, instead it is a performance bonus based on multiple factors without transparency.
