      Good for thise who seek work where trying to not only reach profit target, but improve the industry practice and do responsibly. Nice office in Prague Formerly high average age declining, making it more balance Culture driven company (when in the office) Safety at construction sites taken seriously

      Construction site experience hugely depends on manager and project Management still announce some visions, but rately something changes Very risk averse spproach to business

      Great benefits and well taken care of by employer.

      Cons

      Skanska is a huge corporation and does not offer a lot of room for growth in your career. If you want to invest 20 plus years to move up then this would be the company to do that with.
