      Friendly environment with motivated workers.

      Job sites seem a little top heavy at tims.....too many upper level people are retained and the daily workers are let go too soon.

      The company works of great projects that will allow you to learn a lot, and some of the people in the field are great.

      Cons

      The hours are ridiculous. Good luck having a personal life because you will be working morning, noon, and night. Favoritism and nepotism runs rampant in this company. Don't expect to get ahead unless you are part of the "clique".
