      Easy going coworkers Decent pay and serviceable bonus Decent level of company fanfare type stuff to keep you a bit interested Knowledgeable industry veterans to learn from, good place to make connections

      Slow growth, lack of really even semi-frequent engagement with any mentor Lots of disengaged coworkers/other regulars Inconsistent management styles Feeling of being set up for failures
