If you do decide to join, ask for 3x-5x of your current salary. As they tend to fire people in 6-12 months.

Cons

Avoid joining for better peace of mind. Mostly runs on Manufactured urgency. Like a kid in a toy shop, just running after the new shiny thing it sees.
