      Pros

      I actually enjoy waking up to go to work. I've worked at other companies where i dreaded to go to work. what i love the most at Skip hop is the people I work with. Everyone is so talented and passionate about what they do which encourages me to be passionate. I also learn a lot from working with different department. One thing I learned here is that there's always a better way to do things. we try one way this time and find a better way to do it the next time. I think this why this company is continuing to grow and do well.

      Cons

      we all have a lot to do. things turn around fast here and everyone is super busy. (this is good and bad). I still do get off on time but constantly find myself wishing there was more time to do things better. I also wish that there's a better HR system to be able to talk to someone about guidance or suggestions. As a small company, it seems common that this is not established but maybe as company is growing, this is something they will consider?

      Pros

      I have worked for this company for over 5 years. It's disturbing when I read negative things said about the company I work for, especially when these negative people do it anonymously. I really enjoy working at Skip Hop Inc. To have an opportunity to work with people who have true passion like this one doesn’t come across often. All of the employees have high-energy, are goal driven and work as a team. There are a bunch of really great managers who care about you and will motivate you to do your best. If you like a fast paced work environment and feel like you are contribute to help build a brand, this is the place for you.

      Cons

      Outgrowing office space. Communication can be better across team levels. This is all coming from fast company growth --but there are improvements on the way!

      Pros

      Great employees and employers. All departments work together and are very helpful towards one another. You can learn how other departments work outside of your specialty. Sales can learn from design and design from operations and so on. Very flexible and fun. With all the growth we have had, we just got more space in the building so we should all have plenty of room

      Cons

      With all the growth going on, we need to make sure all departments still communicate well with one another which will be a challenge.
