Extremely poor leadership. Low paying. No room for growth. No actual system of rewarding good performance. Tons of unfair favoritism for slackers. I had a workload worth 2 or 3 jobs for most of my time there because they knew I could handle it (and didn’t want to pay me for it) and was given constant criticism and disrespect in return from unprofessional and unqualified leaders. Whenever a new leader is hired they’re somehow even more unqualified than their predecessor. In addition the fact that their is a huge lack of diversity and tons of problematic behavior and inequalities for POC.

Where to begin? They like to preach these 5 principles they claim to live by — don’t worry though, they don’t follow any of these “principles”. HR is incredibly useless and offer zero solutions to any of the issues you have. Reporting mistreatment by managers gets you nowhere. And ironically, the ones who get the most complaints still remain with the company... But let’s worry about drilling those 5 principles about respect and integrity into every single employee’s head. 🙄 I could go on but not really worth my time. Good luck to anyone who ends up here!
