Working for Skipio is great because of the work life balance that I have there. I feel that they really care about my time outside of work and allow me to have the freedom to work and enjoy my family. I also like working at Skipio because they really care about me as a individual. We are a strengths bases company and this has allowed me to really work at my full potential. I have found my best work self and have really flourished as an employee as well as in my individual life. I love that I feel like I am apart of something and can input ideas to better our product or process. I feel like I can ask anything that I do not understand or need help with, and I feel like they genuinely want to answer and help me. I feel the communication between departments is great, and we all know what we are working towards as a company. I also love the transparency and feel I know what is happening within the company.

It's a LONG list. Above all else, it's a culture that cares about building team members up. You grow and improve here, in ways that benefit ALL areas of your life. In addition, the office is one-of-a-kind (amazing)! We have meals brought in, lots of snacks, and a fun overall culture. It's very much a work hard, play hard environment. There's lots of potential for moving up into new roles that interest you!
