Pros

The Company cares a lot about it's employees. The management really tries to cater to their needs. From free snacks, Company parties and activities, to making sure everyone is informed on what is going on in all of the departments. The open door policy seems to be working well. Lot's of teamwork.

Cons

The company is growing quickly. Sometimes it takes a while for the the hiring process to get caught up. They have a program in place now that will hopefully take care of this process and help to expedite it.

Pros

It is truly a pleasure to come to work every day. SkuVault has a small, family-like team where everyone's opinions are heard and valued and we all have opportunities to impact the company through our work daily. Snacks, weekly yoga classes and relaxed dress code are some other nice perks.

Cons

Being a small company sometimes means you're on your own to figure something out or complete a task

Pros

I currently have worked at SkuVault longer than a year and find many positives working here. The working environment is laid back and very welcoming; you have the opportunity to get to know everyone in the company, across departments and build really great working relationships. The company is also growing so you have the ability to move into different roles and impact processes and decisions. There are so many opportunities to learn and grow at SkuVault if you have the initiative to take advantage of them. What I believe makes SkuVault unique is the interaction with leadership. The CEO and department leaders care about employees and are looking for feedback to improve always. My specific department, IT, our leader is always willing to hear opinions and change or alter processes for the teams to do what works best for them. There is a real level of trust and respect that I have not experienced at previous jobs. It truly is an open door policy.

Cons

SkuVault is a smaller company, but quickly growing - if you need a lot of structure and strict processes to follow, this is not the place for you (at least in my department). Things change and are being improved weekly so keeping up with that may be difficult if you're used to a larger more enterprise work environment.
