      Hiring and Onboarding process went quickly

      Cons

      -Deceptive on what they can afford to pay -Insurance doesn't begin for 30+ days, 401k 60+ -Management misleads on numerous subjects including but not limited to training, resources, team support, and growth of company -Toxic work culture that promotes employees publicly being humiliated and cussed out -Unprofessional Office environment with numerous open bottles of liquor -Unorganized transition processes -Unorganized contract implantation after award

      Great exposure to CEO, President, as well as other senior leadership. Senior leadership invests significant time in employees to create more than just an employer/employee relationship. Very flexible with schedule to help accommodate a healthy work life balance.

      - High pay for contract work - Contractors are typically brought back into rotation, good retention there. - Middle management is good and helpful.

      Cons

      - Communication with the client isn't reliable. - Top-down leadership, but senior leadership isn't willing to accept when they are wrong, and instead silences and gets rid of individuals that respectfully raise concerns and offer solutions. - Remote work is not an option, even if you're not an employee required to be on site.
