Pros
It is a great experience working for a company that is small yet moving in the right direction. Management is spectacular and knows what they are doing. Most everyone has military experience, but if you don't you shouldn't worry. It is such an upbeat work environment where reaching out for help is seldom an issue. 100 percent recommend.
