A lot of responsibilities even if you are not at fault, lol. Other words you held responsible. Long hours are a minimum.

Cons

Bait and switch application process, obscenely low starting salary, disrespectful interview process, everyone interviewed is forced to start at bottom salary and job title, you can't start at a more experienced level regardless of your background, you have to start ALWAYS working the worst shifts.
