Changing environment with Process Orientation focus for entire LH Group creates great deal of uncertainty and discomfort for many Heavy operations focused company requiring this experience to progress

Some good people, the job is easy, theres a lot of down time if your not into a fast pace work environment

Cons

The drivers and dispatch are not very nice people lol. They only care about themselves. please excuse my language but thats the only way to describe them.
