Pros

Free lunches are provided, but they are not always edible. The employee base is good to work with and very diverse.

Cons

They do not allow you to staff up to the level that will make you productive and then blame you for the failures. They have a culture of pointing fingers to blame other departments to the point of making up excuses for failures.

Pros

No promotions and basically no salary adjustments. Good people trying their best to make things work. Unfortunatelly people in this case can fix what the culture of the company imposes.

Cons

No communication exist between corporate and the units across the USA, other than to review budget. Disconection between sales and the units capacity is a mahor contributor to the debacle they are experiencing.
