      Overall, good management team with highly experienced GM. The kitchen is running smoothly compared to other cities, but still needs more improvement in some processes.

      Cons

      The salary is relatively low compared to the cost of living in Miami.

      Maybe the cafeteria when they had something good...other than that, being able to go out on the tarmac with the planes was cool.

      Cons

      They are unorganized and expect you to work long hours and do not have proper coverage from shift to shift.
