Hostile work environment and unfair labor practices

If you want experience in working with industrialized cooking equipment and seeing how cater for large amounts of people, great.

Cons

Lack of support and training in Des Plaines, Illinois hot food Department. Contradicting chefs, racism is very much alive and hostile. Also they do not follow Federal food regulations well which is a liability and you get retaliated against if you speak out on it. Nepotism is contagious with x Gate Gourmet employees from the chefs to the drivers. HIGH TURN OVERS AND UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICES.

You get 20% extra working night shift from 1100pm to 5am. Fill uniform but it does take forever to get anything replaced

People talk about you To much paper work to fill out. You think they would go on tablets.
