No training or setting you up for success, it is very much sink or swim. Along with crazy expectations and no work-life balance.

Simple but cold for a guy like me

Fairly simple and flexible, during break you can get freshly cooked meals from the cafeteria, the staff is nice

Cons

Place is very cold and loud, signal isn't very strong so download your entertainment because the days feel long in there
