Good experience in dealing with all people of different cultures

Cons

Everything. No formal training . No work life balance. You wont see tiur family. No accountability. People get promoted who have no idea what they are doing. Management fabricate facts to appease share holders. Very toxic environment. Please stay away. I wasted 1 1/2 years of my life in this place

Benefits, food, mostly friendly work environment

Cons

Low wages, long hours, outside work(if you're a driver) no a/c in company trucks( it's 100+ during the summer months) the union does not have employees best interest in mind, many days of "mandatory" overtime
