      The quality control. The process control. They do a good job seeing you up for success and if you need to review information, then everything is at your fingertips.

      Cons

      You get worked extremely hard. You'll leave the clean room sweating. People take their job seriously. You can't be slow. You'll handle multiple cells and then promotion is hard. 5 interviews + just to get a slight pay upgrade.

      Senior Management does not listen, rotisserie of senior managers coming through site. Constantly in fire-fighting mode with no end in sight. Senior management is not willing to invest in the people or software structure to improve company efficiency and data evaluation.
