Having a very efficient interview process, heard back the final acceptance in three weeks. Had an excellent orientation in the beginning, she pumped a new hire up with her energetic tone. Was a great start and still feel perfect to be a part of skywater technology till now.

Cons

nothing much but the new hire dinner event would be nice addition to the orientation
