      All the technicians are great guys and enjoyable to work with.

      Cons

      Lack of organization site-wide. Management is always pinching pennies on the important tasks, then they end up spending way more in the long run when equipment fails. Constantly pushing important things due to budget constraints. Lots of micro-management going on. Benefits are mediocre at best. Very small quarterly bonuses. No 401k matching.

      Low pay, constant firefighting, disregard for personal life, recurring cycles of same learning, people retention problems, multiple re-orgs in upper management, terrible weather in MSP
