Pros

Nothing positive that has been found

Cons

It is the place that I wouldn’t recommend to any people I know. Many team members left. It has been very hard for this team to retain/get the employees. The team has tried to hire, but it is hard to find any person to fill the openings due to a very bad reputation outside. The kind of toxicity I have experienced makes me think how it is like a factory producing toxic managers/team leads who hone their skills at creating a toxic culture excluding the other person from staying.   -Poor working environment with a few dictators who know nothing but micro-managing everything. -The team managers see employees as slaves and likes to closely monitor what employees are doing, such as he can even ask what the engineers are doing three times a day. -No integrity and no respect of designers' Intellectual Property. The team leads steal every other engineer's contribution for granted. -Team leads like to write fake negative reviews to prevent the team from hiring new people to keep self job safe.

Pros

Benefits are good, done people are good to work with.

Cons

Barely any room for growth (In the fab) unless your lucky or know the right people (rare), almost impossible to grow organically. Raises are not good, you will never keep up with the cost of loving while employed here, and the longer you stay the worse it gets. Always under pressure and micro managed, team players are few and far between, a lot of 2 faced backstabbers in which some superiors like even though it causes a lot of negative energy in the fab, rude and insulting behavior is ok and ignored, very high turnover rate, and those people are rarely replaced. You can be an extremely good and loyal employee and get the same pay raise as someone who is not. Communication is pretty much non existent, the newer workers that come from companies that are well put together slowly but inevitably turn negative due to this culture.

Pros

It's a job with benefits that offers overtime if you want to make a half way decent pay. You work alternate 3 day/4 day weeks without OT.

Cons

A whole different set of rules for the lab workers; stricter than the rest of the company. There's a point system that punishes you if you take earned sick time. They focus more on attendance than on ability to do a good job. Your success is judged on the success of others as a whole. But any minute mistake that you make is their excuse for not giving out raises. They focus more on quantity than on quality, on satisfying audits than satisfying the safety and logical practices of their employees.
