Pros

It’s a fabulous telephony product, and they are the makers of most of the technology in the iPhone.

Cons

HR and talent acquisitions are not professionally managed sadly, they’ve had some people there forever, and it tends to be a dumping ground for for performers in other departments. It pains me to say this.

Pros

Schedule 4 days on 4 days off 3 days on 3 days off. Built in OT due to 12 hour shifts

Cons

The culture here is horrible unless you are a minority other than black. Lack of opportunity, very vague communication. Probably 1-2 African Americans per shift out of 40-50 employees. Any sense of pride within yourself and you will definitely feel out of place working in this environment 12 hour shifts
