      Pros

      Great stock options, lot of future for the company, managers do very well.

      Cons

      Low salaries for non-managers. In Woburn average age is 55, it seems that promotions are given to Manager's friends.

      Fab tech 4 comes with a stress package. Those that give this place 5 stars are probably upper corporate head.

      Pros

      a lot of nice people to work with, tools tech and engineers are as stress out as operators but they're willing to help you fix an error before you make a mistake and lose your job over scrap lot.

      Cons

      operators are responsible to learn every tool available to ensure job security and learn both Bi-Fet and pHEMT. Their way of motivating to get a product out is " getting blasted" .

      It is a good school to learn by doing many things to change and improve the process, There is a very good opportunities to apply six sigma concepts in projects as well as Lean

      Cons

      Because the company processes are so good, managers and directors do not listen, they have their vision. A lot of employees decided to change of company because salary level are not competitives
