      Decent place to get training in wafer fab

      Good fundamentals in training and procedures, i.e documentation process flow

      Cons

      Production makes the money for everyone but have least job security and lowest pay. Management is an illusion as everyone associated with "management" is waiting for the left over scraps from David Alldrich after he pilfers the profits with his budy Jim Cramer
