      Most parts of company are good to work for but Newbury Park is behind other locations

      Pros

      Good benefits. Good salary. Good locations in US. Overall I enjoy working for Skyworks. I would advise working for Skyworks in most functional areas of the company.

      Cons

      Management will take advantage of employees. Management at Newbury Park does not seem to have the same appreciation for employees as other locations. I would advise working for Skyworks in other locations, but not necessarily ijn Newbury Park. Seems to be lack of trust of even Sr. level engineers. Management treats Sr. level engineers like technicians.
