      It is a good school to learn by doing many things to change and improve the process, There is a very good opportunities to apply six sigma concepts in projects as well as Lean

      Cons

      Because the company processes are so good, managers and directors do not listen, they have their vision. A lot of employees decided to change of company because salary level are not competitives

      Pros

      Working time is flexible & Company well in drilling achieving targeted growth to next level of expectation.

      Cons

      In my opinion promotions wise depends on relations ship with your management ( Average ). Working DAYS is very hectic & needs to drill + following up very closely with customers in order meeting standard. Culture of life SURVIVAL is the main word. Too much of politicians in management & there's good & disadvantages as well.
