Great place to try out new ideas, management didn't impose any restrictions on new technology development. Very generous with tools and equipment needed to get the job done.

Cons

No real clear goals were presented. No direction, and not really ever sure who was in charge. The ending was very disappointing as well.

Cons

Do not get surprised when you find out soon after you join that new hires with less years of experience and unrelated work knowledge are joining at the same or even higher grade. Noticeable lack of diversity in many groups and nepotism. Most managements and leads are not competent and ignore their employees feedback. Old school company. It does not matter if you work hard or work smart.

+ Low pay for roles that require a high-level of knowledge/education/experience + In-office 5 days a week, yet no in person meetings, not office-wide initiatives, no workplace perks, gray depressing empty cubes. + Lack of strategy or communication from leadership + OLD OLD OLD OLD and stuck in the stone-age of business
