Pros
First of all, the product is great and our customers love the product. It's fun to sell and it's improved and updated continuously. The people at Slack are very friendly and the hierarchy is low. We try to make work fun, and that shows also to the customers. The pay and commission plan is competitive and you can buy some stock with a discount. Also the benefits given via Salesforce are very good.
Cons
I've heard that the culture has suffered after the Salesforce acquisition, but as a new hire I cannot say much more about that. There's also more bureaucracy now than before.
