Pros

The Slack team has been great, and Slack management laid back, even if there is pressure to sell and bring results. Very good benefits from Salesforce. The product is great and customers using it are really happy. Working together with Salesforce team helps open doors to new discussions. Slack can be used in any line of business, so you don't get tired of talking about it. The new AI search and tools is really great and customers seem excited about it.

Cons

Very challenging market with most customers using Teams and are quite pleased with it - it is "good enough". It's difficult to get budget from customers' management to sell Slack with a price tag, when you compete against something that is kind of free. A lot of pressure from Salesforce to sell. If you don't succeed, you need to be afraid of keeping your job. A lot of internal training and a lot of pipeline generation days, and you need to be very active. The results are visible to everyone.
