      Pros

      Excellent culture that focuses on entrepreneurship and allows consultants to blaze their own trail. If you're passionate then you'll feel well at home. There are a wide variety of roles so you can learn a ton but you won't get killed like at some other consulting companies. They respect your work/life balance as long as you respect meeting your client responsibilities by doing your job properly.

      Cons

      The company is rapidly growing so there are some growing pains. In particular, some of the review processes frequently change though this is fairly minor.
