Pros
This is a company that really tries to value their staff. It comes from the very top with senior staff setting the right tone. Great values, and a real effort to get honest feedback from staff. Of course it's not perfect, but they do a really good job of creating the right environment to help people make a success of things.
Cons
Operations side of the business was often US-centric, and there was work to be done to establish a more mature setup for a global business. It was something they were aware of, and were working on improving.
