      Pros

      Company culture is really good. Monthly all hands meetings, excellent peers.

      Cons

      PTOs are very few. Training budget is also on the low side.

      Pros

      Many polished are bright individuals with various backgrounds. Many resource come from Accenture.

      Cons

      Very immature regarding project and repeatable services delivery. The various practices don't seem to work well together, although they say they aspire to. No clear communications on company vision or direction.
