      We are growing fast - hang on - not everything is a policy or procedure.

      Pros

      Slalom is firm focused primarily on their employees. They offer great benefits, competitive pay, and lucrative opportunities. In my time at Slalom, it has been easy to try new roles.

      Cons

      Often times Slalom is working with clients that are small or medium sized. Slalom does work with the largest organizations but Slalom does not have the headcount or skills to be a firm that can perform large scale transformations on their own.
