Before joining Slalom it was important for me to find a company that valued its employees and created a safe, inclusive and fun culture for everyone - Slalom absolutely does this. Everyone that works here is passionate about the company, the work they do and the impact they can have. The Manchester office is a growing market which makes it a really exciting time to have joined - you have the autonomy to make your role your own, bring ideas to the team and learn and grow as you go along. On top of all that, they are the friendliest bunch I have ever worked with and everyone is happy to put in time to chat or have a coffee during work hours to build connections.

Slalom has a real focus on people which is evident in all areas, alongside a focus on continuous improvement. Working in the London market is exciting due to the rapid growth of the business and opportunity to work with different people. The leadership team are transparent and although growing, it still feels well connected and as though employees are able to really play a role in shaping 'who we are.'
