      Pros

      At Slalom you can choose to work about as much or as little as you'd like. There is a lot of flexibility to move between groups and projects and to expand your experience in a variety of different roles.

      Cons

      The work load can sometimes be a bit much. Even with recruiting efforts in overdrive, hiring doesn't seem to be keeping pace with the growth in new projects and clients.
