Pros

Work life balance is a part of the culture. All company events are fun and well thought out. The office staff are great and super friendly. Always willing to help you find what you need.

Cons

Lack of leadership and support to every day consultants. Constant change management of ways of working cause confusion and lack of structure on how to navigate the company. Many cliques and predefine groups that can be difficult to enter. The promotion process is lengthy and purposely complex.

Leadership struggles

Pros

The people are generally nice and there is some remote flexibility, depending on the team

Cons

Feels unorganized and floundering a bit, still just struggling to find their footing and position themselves given market changes. A lot of long term employees have been promoted based on tenure into roles they do not have the right skills for. Growing your employees is important, but at times it feels like the company’s success is limited by lack of outside expertise and leadership.
