      Good work-life balance, but culture and stability suffer

      Pros

      Good work life balance, but project dependent. Culture used to be amazing. No up or out mentality means you can do grunt work as long as you want.

      Cons

      Lots cuts in recent years, poor compensation growth in a time of heavy inflation, and bonus payout questionable. All the high performers left of their own accord, all the cultural icons got fired for being too expensive. What is left is a hollow shell looking for offshore to supplement. Promotions were non-existent when they should have happened leading to those people leaving and no replacement.
