Great Work Environment

Pros

Above average skillset and personalities in your coworkers, work space is new and well played out. Easy to get to in DC. Work environment and policies are pretty casual. Getting your work done well is more important than how you dress or exactly what time you show up in the morning.

Cons

Even though they are small, the belong to a larger corporation and sometimes have to act like one. They are a media company, which in this day and age means limited funds.

Internship

Pros

Awesome internship program. A lot of freedom to write blog posts and articles that you are interested. Senior writers and editors are very friendly and helpful.

Cons

No negatives really. The program is very open, so those that really thrive in structured environments should keep that in mind.
