Pros

106 year old family business. Industry Leader.

Cons

Location is not ideal - traffic to and from the city can be brutal at times. But worth it.

Pros

There's a small group of corporate employees who are genuinely committed to supporting their colleagues and doing the right thing. Their care and dedication stand out and make a difference in day-to-day work, even when the broader environment is uncertain.

Cons

The organization lacks a clear strategic direction from senior leadership, resulting in frequent reactive decisions and inconsistent priorities. Communication is limited, transparency is minimal, and changes are often implemented without a long-term vision or meaningful impact. Leadership tends to prioritize their own interests over employee well-being, creating a disconnect between values and actions.

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Potential to earn incentives .

Cons

A long time ago this was a very cliquey organization without any mentoring or cross cooperation.
