Pros

Very hard to think of any.

Cons

Executive committee has no connection to employees, or their own teams. Ownership hires relatives over qualified employees. During Cubs spring training nothing gets done because ownership spends all its time in Mesa, AZ. Company changes their concept of culture when nessessary to support discipline. Shop floor employees have not received a raise in over 5 years.

Pros

Can't think of anything good to say

Cons

VP and Management selfishness. Self Insured with lousy benefits. Only upper management benefits. No pay raise in 7 years. Only COLA a mere 2% after taxes more like .02% and they make you feel they're doing you a favor. Everything is greared towards corporate. Other divisions don't matter. Kicked to the curb after 15yrs because they moved. No offers to employees who could not go. Not even a thank you for your service and being loyal!!
