Pros

Family owned and treated fair. Compensation is to par or above industry. Market leader in one or two category of products. Many perks with the company like sports and marketing events. Ownership are great people.

Cons

No training in place and no program to help advancement or development. Trying new approach to market but behind what other competitors have in place for years. Limited resources leading to product advancements suffering. Has become too dependent on local rep agencies as a result lost control or have no real connection to the market. Difficulty with communication on multiple levels from different departments.

Pros

I don't have any... it all looks great until you see the disadvantages.

Cons

The company does not stand by it's people. Do not attempt to enforce rules in minority employees or you risk termination. Workplace violence is pretty common and outright ignored. Crybaby employees get multiple supervisors fired for allegedly being insensitive. I quit in disgust.
