Pros

Great company that pays you what you're worth. They do care about being successful, but not at the expense of the employees. They also provide additional resources that contribute to your well-being.

Cons

I wish I found this job years ago

Pros

In business for over 100 years.

Cons

Sloan has many many leaders, with no leadership. 3 Presidents, 6 plus Vice Presidents, numerous directors and almost just as many mangers, 10 plus people in HR. People will through you under the bus and look for another person to back stab at the same time. The company will make up job titles and promotions to keep who they want, and they are the ones who know the least.. Wake up, upper management, look and see whats going on.
