Employees are paid on time, at the very least.

Cons

Sloomoo Institute is a company that couldn't care less about employee well-being and only cares about making bigger profits. They push employees into working unreasonable hours and workloads, and fail to show them the respect they deserve.

Management expects so much from us despite beating us down

Pros

Pay is decent, on paper, at least, but with how brutal working here can be, it simply isn't enough to justify working here.

Cons

Employees are abused and overworked. Management has absolutely no respect for any of us, and they expect us to meet a lot of high expectations despite being given zero support and no real motivation to perform.
