Cons

Training lacking, bad benefits package, unsupportive and unprofessional management, poor communication of expectations, poor execution of company values, uncomfortable drinking culture at company events

Pros

Some pros would be having the option to set your own schedule. I also really enjoyed the type of work I did in this position.

Cons

Some cons are you do not get any benefits. If you miss anytime of work you are expected to make it up. Pay is very low. Training needs to be improved majorly so that the companies employees are set up to succeed and are able to do their job.

Your always busy, the supervisors are very nice and helpful. Flexible schedule. You can listen to music while you work

Cons

Work is repetitive but super easy once you get trained in. Pay is low.
