      Pros

      the only pro to working at source is that you have a job. The only other thing i can think of is that if you are fast you can get can make bonus money.

      the people no pay raise bad management If you have kids dont work their If you have care anything about your personal life dont work there

      Easy to get H1B employer

      Cons

      They make consultant pay for H1B processing fees and moving expenses. Very poor placement ability. They just have some recruiters who will search in job portals. No direct vendor. If you search project yourself they just take a commission.
