I cant think of any other than getting to wear casuals at work

Cons

1) No work life balance, family life goes for a toss 2) Team leads/Project managers are very very biased 3) Company's future always in doubt due to constant take over news floating around and change of hand at the top level 4) Facilities at Mumbai office one of the worst, not a comfortable place to spend 12 hrs of your day. No canteen. Never seen an IT workplace without UPS back up. 5) No value of experience, HR dept is pathetic. 6) Poor compensation and payroll structure. Other benefits like insurance, health insurance not up to standard.
