On time salary, no variable pay involved

Cons

Join this company only if you want to get fired. They will hire for whatever package you are asking and later when they get people with lesser package they will hire them and fire you. They do not have multiple products. If one product is not doing good they do not have any other products to deploy you. Worst politics. No hikes.
