Direct management very rude, unprofessional, and keep salon untidy. Never swept,kept the salon filthy, rude to staff

Regis Corp is a wonderful company to work for, I accepted a position again because I had confident in the brand,met a lot of wonderful clients while enjoying what I love to do to do

Pros

Consistent hourly pay. Walk out with tips daily. Full access to color product.

Cons

Inconsistent scheduling. I went through about 5-6 managers while employed. None of which knew how to run a store. Most were hired above long term employees and hadn’t little or no management experience. There is a lot of pressure put on stylists to sell retail, however there is not a full retail backbat available.

you don't make a lot of money. there is to many things you have to do to make it. It is to bad that you can't just hit a percentage or a money mark.
