You can get experience. The prices have finally hit rock bottom. They are the cheapest. Beauty school cheap.

Cons

Walmart employees get higher discounts than the employees. Embarrassing to beauty industry. God forbid if you talk about money or raises. District Leader makes you feel like your job is threatened all the time. Not my vision. Work like a dog for minimal tips and compensation. Forget about family. Ridiculous scheduling.

It pushes you to be a better stylist! I love the girls I work with.. I am the salon leader and the job itself is great! I love my guest and my store is doing great. You can build your paycheck by having a good clientele

Cons

The district leader is a bully. She runs everyone off. She makes the job miserable
